Tried a new "dressing" for my salad today, my friend made me a vinaigrette and its actually pretty tasty on my salad which is nice because there aren't any carbs in it to worry about. been steady on my weight but had friends here the past 2 days which is sometimes a little stress so it'll probably slowly start decreasing again soon. No worries, I am still less than I started as which is progress either way. Gotta stay positive :) Also made a flaxmeal loaf today and it didn't taste too bad. different of course but anything new always does. Although I had a hard time adding it to my diet calender, I ended up doing each ingredient separate which works I'm sure but still a bit more difficult.
