still such a slow weight loss for me. :( If i give up the heavy cream which i just added i do not eat enough so i added 1oz of nuts in see what that does, I will try one more week on induction but i think owl works for me just as well with more variety.
160.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
