i ate fish and chips last night ...jackie visited (mustchange this habit ) ...perhaps make a meal in advance or buy a ready roasted chicken when i know im having visitors ,maybe keep a family sized meal in the freezer ....anyway i still lost half a pound pobably dur ti IBS ..but im happy with that
226.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 23.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
