I've slowed a bit in my updates, but I'm still staying true to the diet. I've been running with my roommate Jamie every night, although this morning I also used Lori's treadmill while she was off to work. George also has this old workout equipment in the backyard that was just collecting some dust from the valley breeze... so I went out and used it a bit also. Did some pull ups and some of those sit up sorts of things where you hold yourself up with your arms and lift your legs (whatever those are called). According to the treadmill, I burned right around 400 Calories today, so I'm feeling pretty good!
I've dropped down to 163.5 lbs. It seems like the weight is just falling off of me, but not only have I been running, but I've also limited my Caloric intake a lot. I read labels all the time, and if there's no label to read (such as in a restaurant), I look online with my Blackberry, or compare it to a known food or ingredients. And bringing home half of your dinner in a doggie bag not only saves on Calories, but gives you lunch the next day AND saves you a few dollars. Calorie counting (estimating, haha) isn't nearly as hard as I would've thought!
In other news, I got a new haircut yesterday from Lori that looks absolutely fantastic. I feel like a brand new person! =D

Still to go: 13.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
