Ran for a little while today. Want to make that a habit. I will be smoke free 1 year September 25th. I hope to be close to or passed 145 by then. :)
152.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
