A little disappointed in myself. Not getting as much exercise as I'd like and not losing AS MUCH WEIGHT AS i'D LIKE
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Don't get discouraged, your doing great. You have two choices, loose it or gain it, e never stay the same, so don't quit the alternative isn't worth it......................

Choth is right! You are losing weight--a place where many would like to be. You are presumably 'in control' of your eating--you are already successful. Atkins is really a lifestyle change for a lifetime so you are learning those skills--success. All that said, I understand the mild discouragement over what the scale says. Getting through that discouragement and staying 'on plan' is another form of success. We do so many mind games with the number on the scale--if we can get to the place where there is little emotional attachment to that number, we are in a great place. Good luck!
