Major DOMS. Wow. Climbed the rock wall for two hours and then had a workout. Hands are aching. Forearms are aching... just ordered my outdoor climbing gear. Whoot!
181.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
