A very positive weigh in this morning. I've massively cleaned up my eating the last couple of days and it seems to really have a positive impact. It could also be where I am in my woman's cycle but hey, whatever it is I'm certainly not complaining. Clothes feel better, stomach is a bit flatter, good feeling over all.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
