Soooo, what did I accomplish with all these new changes?!!!!!! Absolutely NOTHING! I just want to go eat a big fat greasy cheeseburger and I rarely even eat red meat at all. Ugh, I'm soooo disgusted.
234.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't give up. Like everything else weight loss also has its ups and downs.Think of it as a challenge to keep going . Nothing that comes with a few errors leads to success

I know the feeling. It's really a downer when the scale goes up. But it's a test. Stick with it and you'll see it start heading in the right direction.

Can I respectfully suggest...more accurate to say..." nothing that Is evident YET?"...Often takes our bodies a few days to "Catch up" and show a loss...Keep on keeping on AND results will Come...trust the PROCESS!!!

Thanks for the support everyone. I am not giving up, but it is very frustrating to say the least.
