My goal for this week is to work out three times during the week. I've been sticking to the plan (green) and have changed things up as well with my food choices. We'll see if that will jump start my weightloss and help me get to stabilization.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow stabilization....what an awesome word....will take me over a year to get there yet. I am so proud of you..That you started again when things went upwards on the scale. I am in this for the long term, so I am really looking at people who have lost and are making an effort to keep it off for life. Way to go!!!
