"Ah-I am sorry!:( Yes it is easy to gain that awful weight back. It is like we have an auto reset in our bodies. I myself am gaining some of my weight back too." (Uhh.) Hang in there F.S. friend "Today is the first day of the rest of your life." :) "One day at a time," right? May I suggest a program called "Celebrate Recovery." It helps a person take a hard look at themselves, and let go of our habits, hurts, addictions, and hang-ups. Take care and happy healthy living!~ Blessings~Ann :)

Well - you're here and that's a great start. It's the consistency that I think everyone struggles with.

Been there more than once. Find a plan that you can live with and not a diet with an end. Make it work for you and fit into the rest of your life. It may take some time and tweaking along the way, but you can do it!

Contrary to popular belief my opinion is a certain amount of being hard on yourself is good. But I still think you are being too hard on yourself. And just make sure that when you are done with calorie restricting for weight loss you come back up in calories gracefully to the tune of 5 to 10% a week and hold steady at maintenance... Whole food is right food selection is not a diet its how you eat

Like Wholefoodnut & L7Square mentioned, you need to look at this as a new way to live rather than just a diet. Make new, healthier habits for yourself as you lose the weight so that you will be less likely to find yourself in this spot again. Good luck getting back on track.

Honestly. I counted the calories in my plan, I still approximately at close to the same calories averaged over a week just a tiny bit higher. I simply cannot eat more. It feels good at this rate and I'm staying at a level weight.

Anyone who is failing to maintain fails because they make such a big deal for so long of hitting TARGET Once you do that, you are bound to slump, you should not aim for a target wait, but aim to maintain a target wait, sounds simple but human psychology is. i.e. i want to be THIS TARGET wait for 12 months.. try that!
