Down a pound. This is very good. I saw my doctor on Monday and she asked me "Where's the other guy?" Then she sent me to the vampire. I'm slowly advancing towards my goal.

Let's see how far I'll have got in a couple of weeks.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 136.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks, Brandy. It's still a distance -- and months to go -- but I can see how far I've come, and it does feel good.
