Mmm. Food. Good morning all. Hope you had a good weekend.

I expect that weight to rise tomorrow, though I have a workout today and the glycogen burn-off could make up the difference. We'll have to wait and see.

179.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, food is good :) Enjoy your work out. Hope you are finally getting some signs of spring up in the Great White North. I couldn't stand it any longer and turned our air conditioner on yesterday.

Food is terrific!! Food that has lots of flavor and made with natural ingredients. I LOVE food!! Sitting here eating a late dinner of lake caught catfish with a jerk =, sorghum flour and coconut breading, fresh picked asparagus (from my yard) sautéed with baby bellas in butter, and a baked sweet potato with a bit of butter and salt and pepper. YUM!!! I cannot eat it all, will have leftovers. Buffy, it is a warm night here, might turn the ac. on as well. Will try not to.
