Weight lost since January 1st 2015: 5.4 lbs.

Glad to see a loss, despite it being small. I've been trying to mix up my workout to keep from stagnating, and I did fairly well hitting the gym most of this past week. Overall, I managed five days of working out. Was better this week as far as eating habits, too (no sugar binging like the previous week!)




Despite being smaller than I've been since high school, I still find clothes shopping to be the bane of my existence. Tried on polo shirts that were too big in the torso, but too small across my chest. I have two pairs of jeans that are labelled as the same size, but because they're from different labels one set fits like a glove and the other I need a belt with. I hit up Victoria Secret to get re-measured for my bra size (as all my old bras now gap under my arms), and was told that my cup size has gone UP! I don't understand how that's possible if my previous bras were a cup size smaller and were gaping. Getting really tired of the fashion industry being incapable of setting standard sizes for women's clothing. Stop trying to stroke my ego by labeling clothes smaller than what they are. I'd rather have the ability to go into a shop knowing my exact size instead of having to spend an insanely long amount of time hunting between brands to see if a medium really is a medium across the board.

Congrats Kitty on the loss! I feel your pain with the clothing industry. I had a similar problem this weekend.
