5/2/15, again like yesterday & day before, I'm not very much interested in eating my usual big healthy breakfast. Started like yesterday with 10g brewers yeast drink, rich in much needed B vitamins. Still have a cough, some chest congestion, so maybe not fully recovered from cold/chest cold/sore throat started 3/6/15. No other symptoms of being sick or under the weather in any way. energy good. just a bit depressed, Tiger GONE! three days now. Which feels like a week or more.
9:30am Just now my BP= 133/64 long deep breathing, pulse 63.
145.2 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thank you HCB, for understanding. I'm hanging in there. Sometimes it feels like barely. Heart ache, almost constantly. Doing my letting go process each time. But I'm having to do that so often. I sometimes do the opposite, which is just going INTO the pain, so it fades. I just feel the pain as much as I can, until it's gone, for that time. But so many things trigger it. Each time it's something that is a reminder, or I have to remind myself that TIger is gone. No, that's not TIger I hear, it's the Peacock outside, or a neighbors children, or some unexplainable small noise. So many places in my home of 38 years, reminds me. Or more often things I do, like walking in the front door, or getting up in the morning, fixing a meal, walking through a room, all having me unconsciously expecting Tiger to be there. . Thanks.
