Well I'm not surprised at the weight gain- nobody's fault but mine. It's been so cold here that although I've been to my allotment and done some work on it, I've not done as much as I could have, plus I am only filling in my food diary at the end of the day instead of during the day when I've eaten. I will try harder, honest, this week.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
