Ok, I'm doing everything right by eating right and working out but my dear body is just not co-operating! Well, I will not give in, but I will keep trying!!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's all we can do, keep trying. I know if I don't have a loss on Monday it will be because of my lack of will power this past week, but I'm with you, I'm going to keep trying. :)

Keep on plugging away! Sometimes it takes awhile for that pesky body to figure out what's happening... You could also be shifting body composition instead of just losing weight as well - go by how your clothes are fitting and how you're feeling! :)

You are so close that it often stalls - just work on it as a longterm lifestyle! You are doing great!

Sometimes the closer to the goal the harder it gets. You will get there it just may take a little more time.

You should eat more. Your body needs more calories to function properly and it will burn more fat that way ;) Try to not eat less than your BMR!

Hang in there - the most important thing to know is that Quitting is not an option - I read that somewhere...
