Still working hard on both diet and exercise. Upped my daily routine to include strength training and rowing machine. I am feeling great and looking forward to seeing results of strength training. Still having issues with computer and tablet so not being as diligent about recording daily progress but hoping to fix that soon. Hoping buddies are having success with their journey. Have a great day.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 152.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
