4 pounds down. It probably would have been more if i did not have a junk food fest last night. I recorded everything I ate so I could actually see how many calories I took in....and no wonder I could never lose before. But what is done is done. I can not change the past only the future in my actions...and that is what I will focus on, the better choices
183.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 53.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
