Today's the long-awaited day!! **100 lbs GONE for good**! A day I felt, at the beginning, would seemingly never come to pass. I honestly felt it would be an impossible goal. But, I did it! Still a long ways to go from my *ultimate goal* - but I will get there. I just want to praise God and thank HIM for His blessings; and thank Him for giving me the tenacity of a bulldog. Quitting is not an option -- I am proof of that. For those who are having trouble staying the course, know this: You CAN DO IT! ((I will post some pictures of the transformation later this week.))

226.0 lb Lost so far: 100.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
