Knew it was true good to be true that I was down to 164, not 165.
I am really trying, but weekends do me in - don't get to the gym and around food to much. I'm not hungry, but always seem to have food on my mind.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 44.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
