I'm doing way better than I had been doing all summer. I've lost 2 of the 8 lbs that I gained from the summer time. I hope that I can keep this up religiously and not fall off again.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
