I'm not losing weight on atkins/keto. I know there must be something that I'm doing wrong. Going to go back to induction phase, and really track my carbs and calories a lot tighter. I track intake for a while and then fall out of habit. Maybe I need to eat more fat I don't know. My appetite it really quite abated. Before I was hungry all the time, that just isn't the case any more. anyway...
265.4 lb Lost so far: 69.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

after 12 lbs..I quit losing on the keto plan..@ below 15 carbs..I felt much better doing that program though..on w/w now and not doing good..gained 1.5 lbs this week..Kinda depressed thinking I need to go back to low carb.?? I was off sugar for 8 weeks..eating fruit now..no white flour or sugar..but, still not losing
