Basically stayed with the protein suggested and I ate a lot of salad. I stayed low with carbs. Lost 4.6 pounds and I am going to work at a pound or two a week.
202.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
