Well, I may have lost this pound because I have been so busy lately, I haven't eaten much. I keep forgetting to stop and eat. And having headaches in the evenings lately makes it harder to work out. I feel good today though, so I will definitely work out tonight!
Gotta build muscle too, not just lose fat. Hopefully I'll be in the 120's soon!!
