I haven't checked in here for awhile, but I am doing really well. Right now, I am excited that walking weather is back! I'm also going to the gym a few times a week and I think it really does make a difference.

I continue to eat a Whole Food Plant Based Diet and I am so happy I decided to ditch the low carb way of eating I had been doing. I feel (and look) healthier and I have lots of energy.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 90.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Wow!!!! Im speechless.... A happy! happy! happy! dance....jump and flip for you... well like I could flip anymore lol... oh well its the thought that count.. YAY!!!!

Thanks syndi55. I'm closing in on the anniversary of a year of hard work and it is so worth it. After all, even if I had not made the effort, the time would have passed. The difference now is that I am approaching my birthday/anniversary in June with better health and able to be more active (and maybe live longer).
