3 pounds lost how did that happen???
I have had a pretty rubbish week, my fibromyalgia has not been good so I have only managed to walk the dogs once and then beat myself up because I didn’t manage to do it on the other days (even though I knew it would mean I would be totally wiped out if I had tried).
Because of not feeling so good I have struggled at work and I have also been really busy so haven’t managed to eat properly, missing out on proper meals or having them late.
All in all this hasn’t been my best week but every cloud has a silver lining and someone is obviously smiling on me because a 3 pound loss has really lifted my mood.
The folks on here are a great inspiration and very supportive so thanks for your kind words and motivation

This happens all the time to some extent. Your salt intake could have something to do with it. Also, if you normally eat too little your metabolism slows down. When you give it a lot of calories suddenly you accelerate your metabolism and your body exists the state of "panic" it's in. Also, sometimes you feel like you ate a lot more than you actually have, that's why keeping track of those calories is critical for real, long-term results. I haven't gotten any long lasting results until I started keeping track- and I mean every little bite I have. I have one meal a week where I pig out but otherwise I keep track of everything and really watch out not to eat garbage. It works but it takes a while and also quite a bit of discipline. Good luck.
