I'm up a small bit this week, but I expected that because I've been weighing in every day but not recording it here. I've been up 1/2 a pound all week, so really today's weigh in is the same as it's been all week. Arms are starting to look pretty good, I can see lots of muscles becoming visable. My waist is at 32 inches, bust 40, and my hips 39. So I have lost an inch on the waist and bust in 2 weeks. I'm losing inches instead of pounds right now due to all the exercise I'm doing. I've started doing crunches as part of my weight lifting routine as well.

muscle can make your weight go up but its good in the long run!!! what are you doing for your arms i need some ideas mine catch the wind to much!

I use the machines at the gym, also do free weights 3 times a week. Lots of tricep and bicep work. I also swim 5 times a week
