Just a very bad day, terrible migraine that made me so nauseous I didn't eat lunch and barely ate dinner. Been trying to drink lots of water, still haven't reached 64oz but getting closer. Probably going to bed early or at least earlier than usual for me and hope tomorrow proves to be a better day.

When you have a headache - you might try drinking some chicken or beef broth. Your sodium and potassium may be low - the chicken broth should help. Good luck!

Thank you :) I have had migraine issues for about 8 years now and the doctors are seriously stumped on how often I have them. Apparently you aren't supposed to get them more than once or twice a month but I on the other hand have them all but once or twice a month basically.
