No change in weight - but at least it's not a gain.
Keep on program!!!!!!!!!!!!
193.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just realized that I can't have a chai tea latte. Didn't realize how much "net carbs and calories" in it. Guess I'll stick to regular tea, hot or cold. Guess weight staying the same wasn't so bad after all.

Great attitude.....read an article this morning about hidden carbs and how we think that because something has zero that it has zero....I think I pick up an extra 4-5 carbs a day ingesting things that I thought was carb-free just because the label says so... Perhaps your chai tea latte can be a treat....rather than a regular occurrence:)

I think I'll skip it all together. Actually ran out of the Keuring cups for Chai tea latte - just won't buy it again.
