Body fat % is starting to get down there...I am starting to notice a couple of pounds now. Good thing I get to put these couple right back on with vacation haha...but that is what vacation is for I suppose. I have run 3 miles a day for the last three days in a row, which crushes any goals I had for exercise at the beginning of the summer, when I couldn't get a half a mile with out doubling over and stopping. Vacation, then three more weeks to reach my summer goals!
