Finally...I got to weigh in. Good bye '40's. It's great what eating healthy can do for ya! It has worked well cooking ahead and measuring portions into my IKEA containers. I will be doing that today for next week.
Now, for all my springtime plans...I know that I have to pace myself. I have a list a mile long on everything I want to do. Mainly, gardening, sewing and visiting.

Oh wow, what a great idea in planning for the next week. I plan and measure portions a day ahead, depending on what my work/family schedule was. But a few days or entire week would be very helpful. Thanks for the tip and congratulations on the 5lb loss!!

Thanks for your support ladies! One thing I like about those IKEA green lid containers--they come in 1/4 cup,1/2 cup, 1 cup, 2 cups sizes....so I don't have to measure anything--i just fill up the container and it's ready.
