Well, this worked out well. I'm going on a trip for a week and probably are going to gain the weight back, but it's OK, now I know something that works better for me. I'm happy. 10 pounds in a month, never done that before.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Again WOW so many huge drops today!! ... great job.. I hope you have a great time and you do deserve to enjoy yourself. hey, that's what lifes about right? Im going to try everything in moderation when I travel or for special occasions from now on lol so I don't repeat last fall/winter and gain over 20 lbs. but that's a fantastic drop there Jpenard good for you, have fun.
