its been 463 days since i was last in i put on soooo much weight its horrible i feel sick really gutted and need help sooooo bad its unreal

250.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 110.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 0.8 lb a week
