bflegg's Journal, 01 April 2015

Up at 5am this morning and decided I might as well just stay up and get caught up on a bit of work. Low on the time at the gym today so I just ran a set of intervals instead of the full 35 min. Feeling tired but okay.

When I am in a time crunch, I try to do sprint intervals for 25min. Its a short workout but since you are sprinting you are getting your body to work harder in 25 min than if you were to jog for an hour!

Interval training is effective and good for us as it trains your heart muscle to recover after exertion! Good choice since you had a time crunch!
