A little gain...but dinner that I just couldn't resist having too much of was worth it! :) Happy Hump Day All!!! We are almost there!!!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

Good for you! We can't deprive ourselves of the decadent things in life all that time can we? What fun would that be wouldn't it? :) Happy Hump day back! And who came up with that term?

Hello Debbie. You are almost there. I'm watching your weight with eager anticipation. I do so hope you achieve every goal you've set yourself. I still think that dieting in itsel does not work. Fundamental life changing activities and habits are the way to go. Keep going and keep in touch. Kind Regards Jim
