WHY isn't it GOING ANYWHERE?!?!?!

It took me forever to get under 160 and now nothing is budging!

Go away fat!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes it's not just about "how much" we are eating, but "what" we are eating. Make sure you get enough protein, veggies, fruit and lean dairy. Drink your water/liquids! Get some exercise! You don't have much to lose now, so it may take some hard work to get that scale going. Also, watch your sodium, it can make you hold water. Good luck!
