OMG!! I wake up this morning and see a 3.4 pound increase from the morning of the 26th. So pissed off but wondering why so much?

I was invited to dinner, parties or BBQ's the last few day and know I ate more than I should but I can't recall gaining 3 pound in 4 days. I did drink a lot of wine and beer with friends. I am hoping this is just a temporary thing and most of it is water.

Regardless, I am focused more than at any other time in recent months so, This will be a good week and by next Monday, I will weigh 210 pounds or less.

215.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 50.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Most of it is just water weight.

Carbs, salt, and just "extras" can add up to significant water weight gain. I know all about it, my body is like a sponge when it comes to that. But it also comes off fairly quickly thank goodness, sounds like you're already on that path. 210 is around the corner.

I usually find that when I eat out I gain but within a few days it goes away. Hope it does for you also!

I gained two today and I can't worry. I swear it's just the way it goes--up, down, up, down. Just keep doing what you're doing--trying as hard as you can. I'm one to talk. I know I have that extra 2 pounds and I know I've been really good the past two days (messed up Saturday). I'm hoping it looks better tomorrow! If not--support me--LOL :)

Just adjust for a few days, eat lighter, go back on your plan you will be fine. Little blips happen

This happends to me all the time. I'll eat a little to much over the weekend but I get right back at counting calories Mon-thurs and those pounds always go away. Just weigh yourself once a week and stick to that day. I pick Thursday.
