I am officially 1 lbs away from 30lbs!! its going to be a good day. I was worried for a few days bc I fluffed off Tues/Wed and didnt really eat enough veggies and water but I got strict on my diet this weekend and went back to induction and added some fat bombs and it worked. Lesson learned.I know better than to mess with my routine especially during the week.Its just made me committed to a hard core up coming week. Gonna try and stay on target for my 10k a day and my hour at the gym. Got my water measured and will be planning my menu tonite. Mom and I are going to plan Easter lunch on Wednesday and we thinking chicken, ribs, sausage, green beans and salad and devil eggs. All low carb. My husband calls them evil eggs with his thick accent LOL ..Happy Monday to everyone where ever you are !
221.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 71.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
