160.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You sound like me. I'm not eating "bad," it's the lack of exercise.

I do 30 min of treadmill and 30 min of stationary bike every day. Most days 15 min of hula hoop. I am NOT loosing!!! It has to be I am eating like a pig. I am sweating big time when I workout. Who knows. Bout ready to call it quits. So discouraged. :)

I found that there is a ruleā€¦"The Primacy of Diet"--- It is all about what one consumes and when. The Best method I have discovered is the CRON method.
