I feel a little bit stressed today so I have to be careful cuz when I get stressed I eat more than I should.
I am a student and I have been having issues with my financial aid being screwed up. I didn't get out of class til 12:25 today and had to take care of the financial aid problems, then I ran an errand for a friend of mine. It was almost 1 and I hate eating so late but I was starving!! I went to McDonald's :( I got a happy meal with a plain cheeseburger and fries. No ketchup or anything else (I normally eat it that way) so hopefully I can stay on track now for a while!
