Sorry I haven't been logging in very often...

These past few weeks I haven't exactly been a good girl. Don't get me wrong, I haven't fallen right off the weight loss wagon, but I'm dangling on the edge.

Ian and I are moving (hopefully) at the end of the month. The new place is okay, except for one HUGE problem. The bathroom ceiling is BLACK with mold. A veritable forest of fungus. Dis-gus-ting! Whoever lived there previous never wiped out their exhaust vent, so it's crusted with dust and rust and the fuzzy black mold covers 2/3 of the ceiling. Have I said how grossed out I am yet? YUCK!

Anyway, the property manager has promised that he'll have it done, but we may not be able to move in as early as we were originally promised.

We've packed up almost all of our non-essentials at this point, donating or throwing out stuff that we don't need anymore, plus a few things that we've had for almost four years and don't know why we have in the first place...

I know my goal was 150ish for my birthday and that's in just under a month. It's going to be tough road ahead...

I'm still trying to exercise, but haven't been riding my bike as much as I'd like these past few weeks. Plus, my eating habits are suffering. I'm eating chips and chocolate bars at work again. I'm eating late at night. I haven't been good about recording my food at all. And I don't want to blame it all on the impeding move, but it seems so easy.

160.9 lb Lost so far: 67.1 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hey I think you and I are in the same boat for different reasons. Let's take it a day at a time. Start logging again. I have 2 days back under my belt but need to turn that into a month. We are still in a good place but I hate that dangling on the edge feeling. I have been talking about some new goals and its time to lay them out in detail. We've both come a long way..would be a shame to go back now. Here to help. Jim
