Yea, I REALLY blew it this time - McDonalds for lunch, Pizza for dinner, and Tim Hortons coffee & doughnuts after Cirque de Soliel.
214.2 lb Lost so far: 5.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Ok, I've read your entries and see a pattern forming. Here are some tips for not eating. Try brushing your teeth when you want to eat something bad...repeat this in your head, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!" I say that to myself when I want to cheat. Also, what is your exercise regime? That can also get your mind off eating the bad stuff.
