Hi, everyone. Hope you are well. Thanks for reading my journals, supporting me, and commenting. Some of you pray for me, and I also appreciate all your good thoughts. My weight loss plan is to lose weight & get healthy:

1) eat a healthy diet
2) walk and exercise more
3) go to sleep earlier
4) relax and not stress

Please do these ^ four things and be kind to yourself. I know it's possible. I love FatSecret. I love you all.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 69.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

They are great goals and very positive ones, I love FS too, who would of ever thought you would be able to meet such a wonderful group of people but I have. love and peace to you too Deb, and tons of my prayers:)

Wow Deb! Congrats on reaching your goal! I am having trouble getting started with exercising. What motivated you to get moving at first? And did you do other exercises besides walking? I think you are a wonderful inspiration and I look forward to us encouraging each other! Great job!

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate your encouragement! DRL5, I have 3 pound dumbbells (hand weights) but my shoulders hurt so I can't do it every day. Walking every day is absolutely compulsory for me. If I don't burn enough calories by walking, I have to limit the calories that I eat. It is more fun to eat my calories and burn more calories by walking. Walk a little each day and increase it each day. I started with 1000 steps a day and increased it little by little. 5000 steps a day was my daily goal while losing weight. I lost about 5 pounds a month. Walking more than 5000 steps would sometimes make me too tired to walk the next day. I had some days that I walked 5000 - 10,000 steps, but not very often. Good luck! :)
