A mid summer vacation(+2 lbs) and birthday parties(+2 lbs) have led me to a gain. But my fitness has not suffered. I worked out 6 of 9 days on my vacation and maintained level 3-4 of Power 90. What is my problem with food? If it's there, I must eat it. If it's not there, I do not miss it and I am fine. I am able to keep my house free of junk food for the most part and have an occasional treat. But like last night brownies at a bbq and I can't just have one. I ate 3 squares over a 30 minute period. Ugh! Anyway...I have a goal to get below 140 in time for my birthday at the end of September and also start P90X in the next couple of weeks or so too. I can do it!!
146.8 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
