I didn't have a scale when I originally signed up for the site, so I guessed I was 165. Wow, I was wrong. I was 172.5 (I also updated my starting weight to that)! Time to get strict, I'm back in Hawaii at home and I'm putting on my game face! Tomorrow night I start running with Kristen and I get in shape! Goodbye, out of shape, fat Ryan! Hello sexy skinny Ryan! =)
