it's been one week since i started, i am down 6lbs and 2inches on my waste. i would love it if we continue this way. cravings and hunger do occur and i am consistanyly staying underr my recomended calorie intake, i beleive this makes a difference.
323.4 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 173.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

thats awesome TLC! i just started too and doing good so far. im hoping for the best as well. my sister says to adjust your calories as you go. the more you lose the less you need obviously! good luck and keep at it!
