Okay, so ever since the move, my diet has been untracked and lax. This weekend was a planned free-for-all, but it's time to buckle back down for August, (with the possible exception of schlitterbahn weekend, but we'll make those decisions when we get there.)
Anyway, back to tracking for one month, and then a month of moderation. Doctor follow up in 3 months (official doctor weigh-in last week was 178; she was super excited by a 20 lb. loss in 2 months. I didn't have the heart to tell her that i hadn't actually lost ANY in the last two weeks, and that it should've been more like a 25 lb. loss....)
anyway, new work is great, new apartment is coming together... and i'll just stick to no cheating 90% of the time. (oh, man, this weekend at Ham orchard is going to be tough...)
