I am happy I lost another pound! I do weigh myself everyday but only record on Sunday. Yesterday I weighed 165.5! Oh well : )
166.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 July 2011:
1612 kcal Fat: 117.02g | Prot: 103.59g | Carb: 41.70g.   Breakfast: cheddar cheese, carb style wheat bread, butter, eggs, half and half, coffee. Lunch: fresh express leaf green romaine, mayo, celery, Chicken Thigh. Dinner: green leaf romaine, baby spinach, cucumber, cherry tomato, ranch dressing, butter, cauliflower, green beans, sweet italian sausage. Snacks/Other: fiber gummies, extra dessert delights, atkins caramel nut, Blue Diamond natural oven roasted almonds. more...
