So, Michelle and I have been doing insanity and the 145.6 was one or two weeks after starting. Then, we started incorporating weights and bumped up the calories by about 600 and my weight jumped up to 150 again, literally the day after our first lift. I waited until now to weigh in again because I think the water weight from starting our weights was giving me a false weight. It would jump from 150 back down to 145 and back up again. It's been back in the 146's for the last week now, so I trust it a little more.
